Liveunitedshirt_2 This year, our agency has been working with the United Way of Central Alabama to help raise awareness of its new fundraising campaign, which kicked off this week.

As part of the campaign launch, we've started a Cause page on Facebook. Just a few days old, the page is growing quickly and organically, which is always fun to watch. So if you live in Central Alabama, or you just like supporting good causes, head on over and show some love for a nonprofit that helps thousands of our most vulnerable and underserved neighbors.

Here's a 30-second TV spot we created to support the campaign:

A few notes for the curious: The chest in that commercial belongs to Jason Martin, the tremendously talented art director I worked with on the spot. Also, while the effect looks like stop-motion, it's actually time-lapse footage of Jason moving veeeery slowly in front of a busy thoroughfare.

You can watch a longer video about the campaign on our YouTube channel. Be sure to watch for my cameo around the 7:17 mark.

I did not see David Griner at 7:17. I saw a man without a hat.
